∎ 2 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or a similar role, with specific experience in the retail and fashion sectors.
∎ Strong knowledge of the retail and fashion industries, including key players and market dynamics.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
∎ Proven ability to develop and execute successful partnership strategies.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and fashion partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.
∎ Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and events in collaboration with retail and fashion partners to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
∎ Lead negotiations with potential partners, securing favorable terms and ensuring alignment with business goals.
∎ Conduct thorough research on the retail and fashion markets to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
∎ Monitor the performance of partnerships and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future collaborations.
∎ Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure the successful integration of retail and fashion partnerships into broader company strategies.
∎ Ensure that all partnership activities are consistent with the brand’s values, messaging, and market positioning.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on partnership activities, outcomes, and market insights for senior management.
