Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervision of Funnel Management and conversion for Corporate Trade, Modern trade and HORECA
∎ Visits to large potential corporate customers.
∎ Ensuring sales executives are meeting their customer visit targets.
∎ Generating leads for new potential customers for own corporate as well as HORECA
∎ Checking and approving profiles of customers created by HORECA and Modern Trade Team leader
∎ Research about own corporate clients and approving clients of HORECA and Modern Trade
∎ Ensuring Sales executives are meeting Sales target by value Ensure Sales Executives meet Sales target by volume
∎ Following up on sales executives to ensure their regular visit of active customers to meet sales targets.
∎ Troubleshooting and supporting the sales executives on their day-to-day operations
∎ Following up on own corporate customers for order placement
∎ Following up on sales executives for order placement by their customers
∎ Assisting Sales executives in collection where they are facing obstacles
∎ Negotiation of credit terms with High Value Customers of team members
∎ Customer profiling and mapping for own corporate clients
∎ Meeting own sales targets with corporate customers.
∎ Ensuring regular relationship and repeat orders from own and team member clients
∎ Ensure own corporate clients are accepting the credit policy which gives maximum favor to the company's interest with maximum number of clients
