∎ • Firm knowledge in legal affairs and land documents.
∎ • Expertise in thoroughly checking land records.
∎ • Good communication skill both oral and written
∎ • Strong Interpersonal skill

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • To prepare legal drafts and agreements.
∎ • To coordinate with panel lawyers regarding various suits.
∎ • To maintain suits schedule in various courts.
∎ • To appear in the court on behalf of company.
∎ • To scrutiny various types of land documents.
∎ • Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
