Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ To be responsible for rendering legal judgment on land, regulatory, Corporate, and real estate issues.
∎ Analyze all land-related documents, (C.S, S.A, R.A, S, City Jorip (BRS), mutation, deed, bia deed, porcha) and Prepare a chain of ownership by vetting provided documents.
∎ To be responsible for preparing various kinds of legal agreements i.e., MOU, DOA, POA, etc.
∎ Review and draft contacts, agreements, and internal policies
∎ Deal with land and Real-Estate related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. departments, etc.
∎ Prepare a draft of Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed, etc. in Bengali & English.
∎ Investigate in various Govt. offices as well as concerned offices for verifying land-related documents.
∎ Maintain all land-related files both in soft copy and hard copy Assist line manager in dealing with land-related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. departments, etc.
∎ Ability to take on challenges to achieve the sales target.
∎ Should have a positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with a wide network of different professionals/businessmen and look for prospective customers.
∎ To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship development.
∎ Computer knowledge is a must.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
