Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Sales targets
∎ Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve company targets
∎ Generate potential leads, identify and engage with potential clients, providing them with information about our properties and addressing their inquiries
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
∎ Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and with activities of our competitors
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer relations
∎ Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our projects
∎ Assist in organizing and participating in property exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events
∎ Coordinate for after-sales communication and official matters with the clients
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions
∎ Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Report on Sales & Marketing
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Real Estate Sales & Marketing
∎ Proven experience in Sales and Marketing roles, preferably in the real estate sector
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
∎ Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively
∎ A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for achieving targets
Salary: Negotiable
