∎ BBA / MBA Degree in any discipline (preferable students from NSU, BRAC, IUB, AIUB, and UIU) or any reputed university.

∎ The company is looking for few Self-driven, enthusiastic & morally strong Sales personnel for its operation. The appropriate candidate should have the ability of selling Office Space/ Showroom Space/ Residential Apartment sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent have to visit corporate/individual prospect.
∎ Creating new corporate/industrial or group of prospect to accrue the sales target.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the prospect.
∎ Have to achieve individual monthly/ quarterly sales target.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution.
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ To prepare sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ To provide weekly & monthly report to his superior regarding sales performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, proper knowledge of Real Estate Marketing & Sales, Relationship Marketing, and Commercial Space Branding
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Real Estate Marketing, Sales, Promotion
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies.
∎ Candidates with experience in Real Estate Industry will be given preference.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
