Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain required level of technicalknowledge on VAT
∎ Calculating, preparing and submittingVAT
∎ Prepare estimated VAT payments.
∎ Prepare work papers for various books toVAT
∎ Perform year-end accrual review andprepare the VAT.
∎ Deducting source VAT on party bill,
∎ employee’s salary and depositing thereonby the stipulated times.
∎ Assist in external audits on VAT.
∎ Maintain VAT preparation system.
∎ Keep abreast of current developments inthe VAT area.
∎ Provide an information source in theVAT area within the company.
∎ Mitigate the VAT issues with the hearing of VAT authority.
