Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the Revenue Team to ensure that accruals are set at the correct level for your clients, and that these are accurate and current to ensure no double counting of revenue
∎ Develop in-depth understanding of billing system functionality
∎ Process subscriber reports in the billing system in an accurate and timely manner
∎ Oversee all aspects of Advertising Billing, New Accounts, and Circulation Billing Team
∎ Manage staff to ensure departmental objectives are achieved
∎ Communicate effectively with staff others that play a role in the Billing functions in all areas of the business
∎ Work closely with Supervisors of the department to ensure operational procedures are followed
∎ Accomplishes billing departmental objectives by maintaining metrics
∎ Provide training and coaching when needed
∎ Supply accurate, timely, and insightful reporting (directly) to Project Billing Analyst, (indirectly) to Production Management, and, as needed, the Executive Leadership Team
∎ Verifying open Purchase Orders for payment processing
∎ Rectifying credit card bills with manufacture charges
∎ Communicating with manufacturers to resolve billing issues
∎ Assisting accounting department with billing tasks
∎ Act as a key resource for the team, , independently seek out answers to questions, take initiative, leverage network of resources to solve problems and proactively cascade knowledge to peer network
∎ Submit printing requests for client meetings and other needs as necessary
∎ Self-directed prioritization of work and projects
∎ Identify billing issues and effectively communicate and resolve these issues with the Supervisor
∎ Perform billings and collections activities of clients

∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Superstore, Billing, EGP, Estimation, Project Management, Project Planning, Tendering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Superstore
∎ Experience of project estimation and tender submission through e-GP and other process
∎ Sound Judgment and Excellent IT skill
∎ High attention to details, ability to analyze information
∎ Superior written and verbal communication
∎ Ability to work independently as well as in a Team
∎ Strong leadership skill, capability to work under pressure
∎ Integrity, Energy, creativity
