∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university with 2 years of working experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution with 5 years of working experience.

3d Visualization
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Produce project information models containing 3D visualization that bring together data, drawings and schedules associated with a project’s design and construction phase.
∎ Develop and implement BIM workflow and drive standard usage of BIM and Revit
∎ Oversee the use of BIM/Revit software supporting all BIM installations and analyze and solve BIM user issues.
∎ Visit sites to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs.
∎ Update software, drawings, and other documents.
∎ Ensure drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.
∎ Communicate potential design issues to engineers and architects.
∎ Support the project team by managing and creating content library files and templates, creating and enforcing standards and evaluating project models.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Experience in construction project/ infrastructure development works.
∎ Ability to produce project information models through 3d visualization.
∎ Ability to develop and implement BIM workflow and drive standard usage of BIM and Revit.
∎ Operating knowledge of BIM/Revit software.
∎ Knowledge of civil design, steel detailing & requirements represented in drawings.
∎ Knowledge of drawings compliance with building regulations and engineering principles.
∎ Sound knowledge of Autodesk ACE Package/Revit, quick estimation, AutoCAD (Civil), and MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel).
∎ Communication and presentation skills.
∎ Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Ability to adapt quickly to new trends.
∎ Must have positive attitude & Target oriented.
