∎ Tusuka is a 100% export oriented garments manufacturer. We are looking for interested candidates for the above mentioned position for those who have the initiative, drive and self-motivated spirit to take on challenges to deliver high-quality results.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper maintenance & operation of chemical store in Wash Factories.
∎ Initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational policies and procedures of Chemical Management.
∎ To receive all washing chemicals from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources and Maintain all chemical inventory.
∎ To distribute chemicals to production floor as per requisition.
∎ Ensuring all receive and distribution of Store chemicals are properly documented and released.
∎ Follow up Chemical MSDS & displayed accessible in the storage areas.
∎ Follow-up Hazard & non-Hazard chemicals segregated and stored separately.
∎ Maintain accurate stock according FIFO & LIFO. Supervising all stores operational issues and uphold the safety of the store house.
∎ Checking physical inventory from time to time to cross-match with the monthly inventory report.
∎ Ensure housekeeping as per compliance storage as per chemical compatibility chart.
∎ Stock maintain as per Boan Ledger.
∎ Ensure First in First Out (FIFO).
∎ Coordinate with PPC, Merchandiser, Purchase/Procurement Team, Commercial, F & A, Audit department & necessary departments.
∎ Improving HIGG score for chemical management.
∎ Health & safety training for chemical hazards for all employees.
∎ Understanding buyer's requirements on chemical compliance.
∎ Any others job assigned by the Management.
