∎ Establish sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and execute contracts to drive cost savings.
∎ Drive and manage supplier relationships to enhance collaboration and achieve business goals.
∎ Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
∎ Oversee the logistics function, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure efficient operations.
∎ Conduct regular audits and ensure that inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.
∎ Lead and develop a high-performing team in the purchase and logistics department.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on procurement and logistics activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and logistics.
