Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of BOQ and rate analysis
∎ Estimation & Costing of building project
∎ Experience of cost estimation (BOQ) in Real Estate Company is preferable
∎ Contractor billing certification activities in comparison with drawing, site measurment & BOQ
∎ Physically cheek the re-enforcement of contractors bill
∎ Estimate the accurate quantity of construction materials as per drawing, design & check the requisition prepared from site
∎ Use of computer for related works is essential
