Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Actively find and visit potential clients to generate new business leads
∎ Conduct extensive door-to-door B2B sales visits in assigned areas
∎ Sell Shuttle’s tailored transportation services to corporates, SMEs and institutions
∎ Identify and connect with key decision-makers through cold calls, referrals, networking, and events
∎ Understand client challenges and propose customized, value-driven transport solutions
∎ Meet and exceed sales KPIs — monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
∎ Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
∎ Maintain detailed records of prospects, meetings, feedback, and updates on CRM platforms
∎ Develop long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and check-ins
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market demand to pitch effectively
∎ Represent Shuttle at business events, expos, and corporate networking sessions
