∎ Must have knowledge of technical applications, operating systems and application software
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with developers to ensure that functional requirements can be met technically & within specific timelines
∎ Analyze the requirements of end users, test and integrate applications
∎ Provide support to end users, investigate data discrepancies, application errors, propose modification and enhancement of existing application to improve their functionality
∎ Understand different levels of MIS reporting and its impact on business process
∎ Customizing and configuring workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications
∎ Communicate with developers to ensure that functional requirements can be met technically & within specific timelines
∎ Analyze the requirements of end users, test and integrate applications
∎ Provide support to end users, investigate data discrepancies, application errors, propose modification and enhancement of existing application to improve their functionality
