Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and record mall opening and closing and report the same to concerned authority through GM mall operations in case of late opening and closing.
∎ Ensure visit to all floors between 10-11 AM in the morning and 8-10 PM in the evening for secured entry and exit in the mall in coordination with all Wings of engineering department and security.
∎ Receive all complaints from the shop owners or employees and resolve the issue in coordination with concerned wing of engineering department including sales and marketing or any other concerned department or wings.
∎ Provide summary disposal to any incidence in the mall through amicable solution e.i theft case, customer service, untoward situation/circumstances by clients or owner etc.
∎ Cover events conducted in the mall.
∎ Cover media, entourage, delegations as and when ask for.
∎ Ensure secured mall opening, closing and sweeping operations in coordination with security and other Wings of engineering department.
∎ Assist customer services as and when necessary and any other job as deemed necessary by GM mall operations and competent authority.
