Responsibilities & Context:
∎ End to end process of Letter of Credit
∎ Prepare LC opening, Amendment & Shipping Guarantee, Value Update (6-10 LC)
∎ Arrange Marine Policy as per PI & process the payment
∎ Preparing and Disbursement payments in ERP
∎ Prepare Bank Reconciliation
∎ Calculate distributor Commission, Transport Subsidy, and Market Sustainable Commission
∎ Coordinate with Bank, C&F Agent and other stakeholder of finance to collect required information
∎ Preparation & Submission of FDI Report
∎ Month Closing Activities
∎ Analyze LC charge and Bank Commissions
∎ End to end process of Letter of Credit
