Educational Requirements:
∎ CMA Part Completed/ CA (CC), MBA/M.Com in Accounting/Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation in Oracle payment voucher against instrument payment.
∎ Process interbank transfer voucher against fund transfer in Oracle.
∎ Payment and fund transfer transaction clear in Oracle system.
∎ Maintain the Oracle bank book and Physical bank balance.
∎ Prepare Bank reconciliation statement, Supplier payment, Bank Loan and LC related invoice in Oracle system.
∎ Process Bank loan and LC related advice and payment confirmation to bank and third party.
∎ Custodian of approved invoice for payment, process the supplier invoice payment pre-procedure.
∎ Scheduled and maintain the supplier payment through fund management.
∎ Preparation of advice and maintain the correspondence with bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to perform multitasks and handles intense pressure.
∎ Ability to think logically & systematically.
∎ Computer Literacy in MS Office and Accounting Software knowledge are essential.
∎ Must have knowledge on cheque writing.
