∎ Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
∎ Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.·
∎ Develop and implement commercial strategies in alignment with company goals.
∎ Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to drive sales and profitability.·
∎ Coordinate internal and external audits.
∎ Ensure adherence to corporate governance and compliance requirements.
∎ Implement and maintain effective internal controls.·
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and commercial team.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
