Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance
∎ CA CC from recognized Chartered Accountant firm.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Raise invoice to customers/vouchers.
∎ Update and maintain Fixed Assets Register.
∎ Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments to vendors by scheduling pay cycles and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
∎ Maintains vendors' profile.
∎ Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
∎ Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
∎ Prepare cash flow projection to ensure there are enough cash for operational needs.
∎ Prepare journal vouchers.
∎ Prepare management reports.
∎ Verify debtors and creditors accounts by reconciling statements and related transactions periodically.
∎ Basic understanding of taxation relevant for the AR and AP processing.
∎ Ensure compliance with VAT for e.g.: - issuing VAT-11, maintaining VAT current account, etc.
∎ Comfortable working on excel and hands on experience on working with ERP.
∎ Assist with month-end closing.
∎ Ensure audit requirements and internal controls are met.
∎ Maintain best practices within finance department.
∎ Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
∎ Any other task as assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Technology solution provider, Accounts Receivable, Accounts payable, Taxation and Banking operation.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office & ERP System.
∎ Strong analytical abilities, leadership skill & passion to grow.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, energetic, hardworking, dedicated and target oriented
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure
Salary: Negotiable
