Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
∎ Skills Required: Critical Thinking, Financial Analysis, Leadership, Strong communication skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide FP&A finance support to the Finance & Accounts team related to productivity, demand
∎ planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
∎ Identify and understand business challenges; propose and suggest solutions.
∎ Partner directly with the relevant teams to collaborate on metrics, targets, company goals, and business reviews.
∎ Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
∎ Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
∎ Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
∎ Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
∎ Serve as a liaison with the existing and potential investors, managing the earnings guidance scenario modeling, including executive presentation, Q&A support, and ad hoc analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly synthesis ideas into clear and concise messaging for the relevant audience, including senior leadership.
∎ Strong experience in business partnering, storytelling and presenting to Senior Management
∎ Outstanding critical thinking capability with advanced problem-solving skills
∎ Strong skills in process automation, planning and performance management and using Business Intelligence systems
Salary: Negotiable
