Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or B.Sc in CSE/ETE/ECE/EEE/IT from any recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure reliability of service for analog and Digital Headend.
∎ Ensure Audio/Video and metadata processing.
∎ Integration and configure all types of Headend equipment's.
∎ Monitor all data link regularly and update the status records.
∎ Remote and onside support for partner and client projects.
∎ Maintenance and troubleshoot all types of Headend equipment's.
∎ Identify problem and recommend system improvements to improve technical performance and services.
∎ Headend and service related documentation.
∎ Monitor and report 24X7 Analog and Digital CATV services.
∎ Design & documentation on infra and topological upgrades.
∎ Maintain real-time communication and update team members about service interruption and other issues.
∎ Instant report to supervisor and key persons who are related in same working domain.
∎ Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other teams & projects in the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in Audio Visual systems.
∎ Clear concept about Computer Networking (L2/L3).
∎ Working knowledge about data communications, communication spectrum & television distributions systems.
∎ Experience in Broadcast ICT or digital Headend domain.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Strong relationship management skills.
