Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA from reputed Public or Private University.
∎ Honors/ Masters in any discipline from reputed public or private university with PGD in HRM or Compliance.
∎ Skills Required: Factory HR Administration, HR
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Operations, General HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Plan, coordinate, and participate in recruitment and selection processes and ensure that a fair recruitment policy is followed.
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
∎ Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR Department.
∎ Improve workers, staffs and management relationship and ensuring comfortable environment at workplace.
∎ Take initiative to increase the level of motivation of the employees and staff by counseling, awareness programs, discipline, team building activities and unsatisfactory performance etc.
∎ Ensure timely salary disbursement, on time employee appraisal, confirmation etc.
∎ Maintaining different HR Admin & Compliance policies in line with Labor Law, Buyers' Code of Conducts, industry standards Accord etc.;
∎ Prepare and attend distinguish buyer's compliance audit like - Social/ Ethical and take care all kinds of audits & buyer's visit.
∎ Address employee related issues, especially Grievance Management and Disciplinary Procedures as per law.
∎ Execute day to day HR related activities like monitoring attendance and leaves.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong negotiation skill and good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about Accord, WARP, BSCI, SEDEX, OKETEX & others Social compliance
∎ Well conversant on MS Office, MS Power Point and email communication.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labour Law 2006, Labour rule 2015.
