∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
∎ Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and work-hour compliance.
∎ Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
∎ Coordinate with finance and other departments for HR-related financial transactions.
∎ Process monthly payroll for both Factory and Head Office, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
∎ Manage employee salary disbursements, deductions, and benefits administration for all locations.
∎ Handle tax calculations, provident fund (PF), gratuity, and other statutory payments.
∎ Maintain payroll records and generate reports for management and audits.
∎ Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
∎ Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for accurate employee data management.
∎ Ensure HRIS integration with payroll, attendance, and benefits systems.
∎ Generate reports and analytics from HRIS to support decision-making.
∎ Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for system improvements.
∎ Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, incentives, and reimbursements.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
∎ Assist in employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
∎ Support performance management processes, including appraisals and promotions.
∎ Assist in HR analytics and reporting for workforce planning.
∎ Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
∎ Perform any other HR and payroll-related tasks as required.
∎ HR Operations
