Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop official HR policies (attendance, leave, code of conduct, safety, overtime, discipline, etc.).
∎ Create and implement employee handbooks and SOPs for all departments.
∎ Ensure all teams (workers, officers, managers, production teams) understand and follow HR rules.
∎ Manage hiring needs for factory workers, office staff, and managers.
∎ Conduct job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding procedures.
∎ Prepare and manage employment contracts and offer letters.
∎ Maintain and update employee records: ID, attendance, leave, personal info.
∎ Oversee daily attendance and biometric system coordination.
∎ Prepare employee files and ensure documentation is complete and confidential.
∎ Monitor employee behavior and handle misconduct cases fairly.
∎ Manage grievance redressal for factory and office teams.
∎ Arrange warning letters, show-cause notices, and termination procedures if necessary.
∎ Implement a performance evaluation system for workers, officers, and managers.
∎ Help production managers define KPIs and track employee productivity.
∎ Support promotions, transfers, and increment decisions based on performance.
∎ Regularly visit factory to ensure HR policy compliance among workers and supervisors.
∎ Coordinate with production managers for manpower planning and shift rosters.

∎ This role is responsible for establishing and implementing official HR policies and administrative systems across all company locations—factory, branch offices, and corporate. The Senior Executive will ensure consistent HR practices, legal compliance, employee management, and efficient administrative operations.
