Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputed University/Institution
∎ CA (CC) from a reputed firm (Mandatory)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize with problem-solving and analytical skills and constantly deliver on tight deadlines
∎ Outstanding aptitude for identification of lapses in essential financial control, fraud identification and investigation, and searching for potential loopholes
∎ Responsible for creating an internal auditing system from scratch that detects and tracks mistakes in data, streamlines risk assessments, creates criteria for initiating audits, and analysis data for reasonable conclusions
∎ Check and verify inventory with software balances by performing periodic physical counting
∎ Plan and execute internal audits, investigations, and compliance reviews to assess the integrity and effectiveness ofthe organization's financial and operational systems and processes
∎ Identify and assess risks to the organization and evaluate internal controls to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
∎ Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and make recommendations for improvement to management
∎ Communicate audit results and recommendations to management, and assist in the implementation of corrective actions
∎ Monitor the progress of corrective actions to ensure the timely completion
∎ Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations, as well as industry best practices, and ensure that the organization's policies and procedures comply with them
∎ Ensure that all audits and investigations are conducted per professional standards
∎ Communicate effectively and maintain professional relationships with all levels of management, employees, and external parties
∎ Supervise and mentor junior members ofthe internal audit and investigations team
∎ Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed
∎ Continuously review and improve the internal control system
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong IT, analytical, and communication skills
∎ Excellent report writing and presentation skills
∎ Computer literacy is a must
∎ Strong command of English
∎ 4-6 years of experience in the Group of Companies is preferable
∎ Excellent knowledge of Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), TDS, VDS
∎ Experience level may be relaxed for outstanding candidates
