Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure all factory IT systems and software are functioning properly.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot local networks and internet connectivity within the factory.
∎ Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive factory data.
∎ Manage and maintain computers, servers, and another IT equipment.
∎ Install and update factory software, including ERP and manufacturing systems.
∎ Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
∎ Identify and solve issues related to IT infrastructure, equipment, and software.
∎ Oversee database systems ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
∎ Implement backup systems and ensure quick recovery in case of data loss.
∎ Integrate new IT systems or tools with existing factory systems.
∎ Assist in the implementation of automation technologies and monitor their IT components.
∎ Work with IT vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.
∎ Ensure all IT activities comply with factory policies and regulatory requirements.
