Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly/ quarterly/ yearly assigned sales & collection target.
∎ Regular visits to partner houses to enhance the business portfolio.
∎ Appoint new partners for business development according to target.
∎ Monthly ledger reconciliation for partners.
∎ Partner management like, regular partner health check, partner personal & business data analysis.
∎ PR maintains accordingly with partners for business development.
∎ Inventory analysis for partner’s stock.
∎ Making monthly market intelligent report & share to supervisor for collective decision according to market needs.
∎ Team lead experience is a must (for the Manager position only).
