∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with concern Department Heads (Store, Supply Chain, Merchandising & Commercial) to determine supply needs
∎ Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications
∎ Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures
∎ Oversee distribution of supplies in the organization
∎ Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies and generates monthly inventory report to be presented to the higher officials
∎ Supervise, evaluate and coach subordinates
∎ Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers
∎ Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.
∎ Assist in forecasting to plan future orders
∎ Identifies the reason for the extra consumption of the raw material by collecting information from the production department
∎ Identifies the emergency requirements of the materials and arranges supplies for the same
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Proven experience as materials management
∎ Experience in shipping and receiving
∎ Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems
∎ Understanding of forecasting and budgeting
∎ Proficient in MS Office
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills
∎ A problem-solver
