Job Context:
∎ Senior Executive, Modern Trade is required for ACI Premio Plastics, which is one of the leading plastics manufacturers in Bangladesh. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish & maintain good relationship with the MT customers (management, accountants & store)
∎ Review products ' visibility, planogram, and shelf share through market visits and report market status to management
∎ Review customer's contract and ensure implementation
∎ Implements trade promotions along with Marketing by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending
∎ Directly manage major and critical developing customer accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts
∎ Responsible for growing market share for company products in key supermarket
∎ Ensure achievement of sales and collection targets and report to the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in any modern retail/ brand agency
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise
∎ Problem-solving aptitude
