Experience Requirements:

Business Development or Operation Management, Foreign Study Consultency
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement systems and processes to improve the overall operations of the company
∎ Develop and nurture effective partnership opportunities with industry operators
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the company's goals and objectives are being met
∎ Manage and maintain accurate records and files
∎ Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
∎ Monitor and manage program and service delivery, including assessing and improving effectiveness and efficiency
∎ Ensure that company policies and procedures are being followed, and make recommendations for changes as needed
∎ Supervise a team of staff and interns, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
∎ Provide administrative support to management and other staff
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
∎ Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, and presentations
∎ Identify and research potential partner institutions and organizations
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts at partner institutions
∎ Develop and implement strategies for promoting our study abroad programs to potential students and partners
∎ Attend and participate in national and international education fairs and events
∎ Provide ongoing support and communication to current partners
∎ Generate reports on partnership activity and progress
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership and management skills
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
