Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing communications plans, activities and materials that support the roll-out of external and internal communications initiatives, campaigns and key calendar events by identifying and producing high-quality communications content.
∎ Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience.
∎ Develop a process for tracking environmental and social issues including regular updates to key internal stakeholders.
∎ Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics and establish and maintain effective relationships with government regulatory authority.
∎ Work with key internal partners, primarily Group Risk Management and Corporate Communications, to assess the impact of emerging environmental and social issues.
∎ develop recommendations for communications, risk management strategies and business opportunities.

∎ Managing daily, weekly, and monthly agenda, and arranging meetings and appointments of Managing Director and updating him regularly.
∎ Remind all agendas relating to any type of trip, visit, meeting fixation/cancellation, document preparation/ submission, mail communication, and summarize discussions effectively.
∎ Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
∎ Assist with presentations and reports
∎ Any task assigned by the management
∎ Maintaining meeting minutes of management
∎ Preparing slides as per management requirement
∎ Guest management
∎ Book restaurants and maintain management food order
∎ Factory visit/Official visit with management
∎ Generate reports and communication with all internal departments
∎ Make and confirm travel arrangements (domestic and international tours)
∎ Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
∎ Maintain confidential department files/records

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years experience in a related field
∎ Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed university
∎ Strong communication, research, and typing skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Multitasker and able to work under pressure.
∎ Creativity, Resourcefulness, Flexibility, and Motivation.
∎ Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.
∎ Receptiveness to feedback.
