Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep the record on all kind of bills & special MPR for controlling by ledger book reconciliation with BOQ.
∎ Co-ordinate with other departments like Construction, SCM, Customer Support etc. for labour bill & MPR and note related issues.
∎ Collect & prepare information about plumbing estimation and cost.
∎ Collect modification drawing related information and prepare costing.
∎ Ensure the entry of BOQ related information in the ERM software.
∎ Reconciliation the MPR & labour bill with BOQ.
∎ Prepare all kind of adjustments (Materials & labour), check and verify according to the BOQ.
∎ Collect and compile date for preparing the project's cost analysis.
∎ Assist to prepare in cost estimation, cost planning, and measurement.
∎ Prepare all the bills of project.
∎ Assist to prepare billing reports, analyses, and other documents.
∎ Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and tender related other documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Public University will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
