Job Context:
∎ A well-reputed Company is looking for a candidate for the post of Senior Executive, Revenue & Collection Dept.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Loan Procedure Proper Knowledge regarding Legal Chain documents & Rajuk documents and Liaison with Bank & financial institutions.
∎ Prepare Builder's letter for loan disbursement & Provide land documents to take projects approved by Bank for a customer loan
∎ Prepared & provide different types of documents for Govt. loan requirements like Loan Bearing certificates, NEC, etc.
∎ Total Process of registration knowledge about the calculation of registration cost, Clint dealing with legal documentation and completion of the registration process Up to A/C Land Mentation.
∎ Follow up for payment from customers over the phone & SMS the current month.
∎ Sending reminder letters to clients for installments who do not have email- IDs.
∎ Sending delayed payment letters to clients for overdue installments who do not have e-mail IDs.
∎ Hand over procedures
∎ Negotiation of delay charge Follow-up & Collection of final dues. for apt. Head Office and Issuing letter, send an email, or SMS requesting take-over of the unhanded over flat after passing the notice period with final dues
∎ Liaison with Landowner authorities like business sanity, and political leaders of legislative authorities.

∎ Legal and Logistics Documentation work
