Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline from a reputed institution. MBA major in marketing is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market of Rotogravure Printing & Flexible Packaging that ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitability.
∎ To meet the monthly sales target and develop new customers.
∎ Participate in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, Supply chain, Customer service and Research & Development.
∎ Maintains regular visit and contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client's satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years of experience in rotogravure packaging and/or polymer film sales.
∎ Knowledge of polymer packaging products/markets.
∎ Ability to work independently using proven sales processes, successful negotiation and persuasion skills.
∎ Strong, effective verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Proven successes in executing sound business decisions and working effectively in a matrix environment.
Salary: Negotiable
