Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the execution of SPML business development strategies and tactics within the defined territory.
∎ Accountable for the achievement of production and product-mix plans in the defined territory.
∎ Proactively responds to all prospect leads through the sales platform, both through phone calls and email responses, promoting the services of SPML, providing information on availability, pricing, location, and amenities, etc.
∎ Invite and schedule prospective residents for project tours, employing effective selling techniques to close deals.
∎ Conduct property tours.
∎ Efficiently manage leasing documents, processing payments, and ensuring completion of established procedures.
∎ Guide prospective clients through the leasing process from initial contact to lease signing.
∎ Collect documents and perform screening for prospective tenants.
∎ Respond to all prospective client inquiries and escalate issues to the Sales Manager when appropriate.
∎ Consistently delivers superior results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
∎ Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through prompt communication and proactive issue resolution.
∎ Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize
