Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Shipping Liners or Shipping Agencies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look after Mother vessel arrival/departure formalities.
∎ Co-ordination with customs/MMD/Shipping Master/Port Health/Income Tax/Customs Surveyor/ C & F Agent Etc.
∎ Online related work Customs IGM / EGM Submission, Vessel Inward Outward, Flag waiver, MMD, Shipping Office & Port.
∎ Preparing Daily Discharging report and SOF of the mother vessel.
∎ Completing necessary formalities for Customs 78 Guarantee.
∎ Corresponding with mother vessel, Charterer, Ship Owner, Receiver and P&I representative.
∎ Handling vessel damage/accidental issue with P&I representative/surveyor.
∎ Preparing all shipping Agency related documents for vessel arrival & departure.
∎ Monitoring cargo discharging operation from mother vessel to lighter vessels.
∎ Attend Berthing Meeting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet etc).
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
Salary: Negotiable
