∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate inventory & records using ERP or inventory management software
∎ Should be able to identify various knitted fabric like Pique, Jersey fleece etc. (greige and Finish)
∎ Organize and store fabrics in a systematic and accessible manner; like racking & using palates.
∎ Maintain separation of warehousing for job wise, order wise, color wise, type wise, organic, non-organic.
∎ Monitor fabric consumption and stock levels and update reports.
∎ Issue materials based on production requirements and implementation of LIFO-FIFO method.
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation such as goods receipt notes, stock registers, and issue slips.
∎ Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile with system records.
∎ Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and identification of different types of fabrics.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and order in the fabric store area.
∎ Follow safety and handling guidelines for different types of fabrics.
∎ Collaborate with quality control to address any issues related to defective or damaged materials.
∎ Should have good knowledge of computers, operating ERP systems and standard software like Word/Excel, Emails
