Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive PI/forecasts and designs from the export desk by maintaining regular communication with stakeholders to ensure accurate demand planning and timely order execution.
∎ Plan material requirements for export orders by analyzing demand forecasts and inventory levels to prevent shortages and maintain smooth production flow.
∎ Arrange Chromalin proofs, product samples, and shade cards by coordinating with the design and production teams to ensure quality approvals before production begins.
∎ Oversee cylinder-making for new laminates by collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate printing and packaging quality.
∎ Create procurement requests (PR) and stock transfer orders (STO/PO) for packaging and raw materials by utilizing inventory management systems to ensure timely material availability for production.
∎ Track deliveries of raw and packaging materials by following up with suppliers and logistics partners to avoid production delays and material shortages.
∎ Maintain accurate finished goods (FG) master data by updating records in the system to ensure smooth order processing and inventory management.
∎ Generate and release sales orders (SO) by reviewing export schedules and production capacities to align shipments with customer requirements.
∎ Schedule production for export finished goods by coordinating with manufacturing teams to optimize efficiency and meet shipping deadlines.
∎ Facilitate intercompany stock transfers for mixed-item container shipments by preparing STO documents and coordinating with warehouses to ensure proper inventory allocation.
∎ Manage the transfer of finished goods to the container loading point by supervising logistics operations to ensure shipments are dispatched accurately and on time.
∎ Ensure optimum stock levels of packaging materials by monitoring inventory usage and placing timely orders to prevent disruptions in the production process.
∎ Assist in generating regular Export Shipment & Logistics Reports, Intercompany Stock Transfer (STO) Reports, Packaging Material Consumption Reports, and supplier performance & lead time reports, and provide insights to the line manager.

In this role, the incumbent will manage procurement, production scheduling, and logistics to ensure seamless international shipments. The incumbent will report to the department head for the duties and responsibilities.
