Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the Patient Service Desk and ensure smooth patient registration, admission, and discharge.
∎ Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner.
∎ Cooperate with the customer care team and provide optimum patient handling.
∎ Ensure effective communication between patients, doctors, and hospital departments.
∎ Monitor customer feedback and take necessary actions for service improvements.
∎ Implement hospital service quality protocols to enhance patient satisfaction.
∎ Prepare reports on patient experience metrics and present insights to management.
