Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage daily customer care operations to ensure the highest level of service.
∎ Develop and implement customer care and operational procedures to enhance the patient experience.
∎ Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Manage and lead the customer care team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure performance standards are met.
∎ Develop reports on operational activities, customer feedback, and team performance.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for improving operations and customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical regulations.
