Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare reports and presentations on assigned themes for decision-making purposes.
∎ Support implementation of HR functions to ensure smooth operations across the Group.
∎ Contribute to selecting and aligning new HR projects with organizational goals.
∎ Collaborate with all HR functions to achieve overall departmental objectives.
∎ Evaluate employee turnover and attrition data to reduce early turnover rates.
∎ Perform engagement and absenteeism rate analysis to enhance organizational culture.
∎ Generate and interpret key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
∎ Perform other relevant actions assigned by HoHR as and when required.
∎ Active Role with the Head of HR
