∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Proficiency in Payroll Software and HRM systems.
∎ Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas).
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law is essential.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Calculate monthly salaries, overtime, bonuses, and other financial benefits of More then 5000 workers.
∎ Capable of preparing all kinds of manual bills.
∎ Collect and analyze data related to employee attendance, leave and extra working hours.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement through bank or cash.
∎ Prepare payroll reports and submit them for management approval.
∎ Maintain records of income tax (TDS) and other statutory deductions.
∎ Ensure payroll processes comply with government and labor laws.
∎ Use payroll software system for data entry and reporting.
∎ Especially capable of handling ERP software.
∎ Coordinate with attendance systems (biometric/manual) to sync data.
∎ Resolve employee queries regarding salary, overtime, bonuses, etc.
∎ Assist new employees with salary slips, bank account openings, and other payroll-related processes.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly payroll reports for management.
∎ Analyze overtime trends or extra costs and provide recommendations.
∎ Cooperate with internal and external audit teams.
∎ Correct any discrepancies or errors found during audits.
∎ Any other tasks related to payroll given by the Management.
