Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with hiring manager to understand workforce requirements and plan proactive hiring strategies.
∎ Develop and implement effective sourcing techniques using job portals, social media, and networking.
∎ Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job specifications and organizational culture.
∎ Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical abilities, communication skills, and overall fit.
∎ Coordinate interview schedules with internal stakeholders and ensure timely feedback collection.
∎ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding with minimal turnaround time.
∎ Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and real-time hiring data.
∎ Negotiate offers with selected candidates while aligning with internal compensation guidelines and market benchmarks.
∎ Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles through proactive engagement.
∎ Track recruitment metrics to analyze hiring trends and improve sourcing effectiveness.
∎ Contribute to employer branding initiatives through digital campaigns, job fairs, and campus connect programs.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to continuously enhance talent acquisition strategies.
∎ Design and implement structured evaluation methods such as aptitude tests, IQ tests, written assessments, and analytical problem-solving exercises to enhance the quality of hiring decisions.
∎ Standardize interview evaluation criteria to ensure consistency, objectivity, and alignment with job role requirements.
∎ Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, including agencies, job boards, and consulting firms, to optimize recruitment channels.
∎ Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand talent gaps and succession planning needs to ensure timely talent acquisition in alignment with business growth.
