∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sample development.
∎ Marker & Pattern Making,
∎ Consumption of Garments.
∎ Thorough Knowledge of fabrics consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabrics construction, fabrics quality, tests & washes, seam strength & shrinkage performance etc
∎ Garment FIT checking and correction of patterns with Dummy
∎ Incorporate buyer's comments on samples.
∎ Deal with the Critical operation, quality points and explain to the Quality Team.
∎ Take care of product design and make it production friendly
∎ Recommend the process simplification & cost saving alternative options.
∎ Consumption of Fabric and Thread.
∎ Costing of Garments
∎ Guide factory QA on complex product items to factories before & during the manufacturing process.
∎ Pattern Making and Grading
∎ Fabric consumption calculation
∎ Maintain effective communication with Buyer.
∎ Perform an investigation to the customer claim case to find out a solution to minimize the repetition of the problem
∎ Perform special assignment and case study for continuous improvement in quality & productivity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
