Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Interior Design or Bachelor of Architecture.
∎ Skills Required: 3D Studio MAX with VRay Render , Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Art & Sketch, CorelDraw, LUMION, SketchUp
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Design (Interior, Architecture & Landscape) Concept, plan, elevation, Detailed & Working drawing, 3D Visualization with animation and Cost Estimation.
∎ Coordination with team and leading proficiently.
∎ Independently work with In-House Design team for on time design submission as required by company.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design, Drawing, Construction & Materials.
∎ Have to have Behavioral skills on Time Management, Communication, Creativity, Interpersonal Relationship, Professional and Positive Attitude.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5-8 years practical experience of Architectural and Interior design in office & residence with construction.
∎ Only Sincere, Honest, Hardworking person who would have commitment of regular attendance at office should apply.
∎ Should be highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
∎ Have to resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Have to good communicator - verbally, graphically and in written form.
