∎ At least 13 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyeing Finishing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to work as a responsible person in dyeing finishing department.
∎ Develop the new process and technique in production process of finishing section control finishing parameter during bulk production on the basis of standard technical method.
∎ Ensure the quality of the fabric as per the fabric standard of buyer.
∎ Must have to work proactively with the key personnel of concern department & laboratory to ensure the quality requirement.
∎ Control finishing parameter during bulk production on the basis of standard technical method.
∎ In case of major problems, inform the department head to solve or implement the alternative options.
∎ Solving the color matching problem during finishing and if required try to find a better solution by the help of spectrophotometer for the better performance/perfection.
∎ Recommending special finishes or treatments to be applied after the dyeing process.
∎ Ensure the dyed fabric quality according to the standard requirements.
∎ Ensure & arrange all types of test for the fabrics.
∎ Ensure harmless fabrics production which is totally free from RSL.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all machines by Maintenance department as and when required.
∎ Ensure fabrics dimensional stability as per buyers requirements.
∎ Ensure dyeing finishing production target on daily basis.
∎ Elongation and modules and recovery knowledge on synthetic and cotton fabric.
∎ Develop concepts, products, and solutions by coordinating with marketing team.
∎ Ability to work closely with all the buyers and ensure T&A is maintained on development process.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.

∎ Analytical skills of understanding the Dyeing Finishing Process and minimizing the rejections.
