∎ JOB PURPOSE: This role will be responsible for leading diverse projects in innovation eco-system and partnership vertical. She/he will be responsible for accelerating new innovative partnerships & eco-system enablement to enhance and enrich our proposition towards our beneficiaries.
∎ Driving frugal innovation at BRAC through facilitating collaboration among programmes, affiliates, partners and external organisations. Specifically, this will be done through managing joint innovation projects with BRAC programmes and enterprises, maintaining liaison with BRAC USA and BRAC UK, leading annual Frugal Innovation Forums and collaborating with national, international stakeholders to pursue strategic opportunities in the field of social innovation.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take on full responsibility for driving a holistic innovative partnership & eco-system approach, strategically align with programmes and functional teams, and lead the way on how to successfully unlock consumer value and extensive field visit to generate evidence to support the depth of the problem and subsequent issues.
∎ Monitor the progress and pace of project implementation, ensuring that the potential of the program is fully realized through the promotion of high-quality work and internal control and identify emerging weaker signals and propose a holistic solution taking system's thinking approach.
∎ Relentlessly focusing on testing, learning, enhancing and scaling new partner/eco-system,-based offerings as part of a direct approach to BRAC's beneficiaries.
∎ Motivate teams to deliver results by establishing a strong team dynamic, open communications, and leading by example. Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in internal operations, management, and program implementation.
∎ Identify and collaborate will partners who will be interested in solving the emerging issues and collaborate with the partners in performing design sprints to identify the probable use cases and solutions.
∎ Ensure building Social Innovation Lab's credibility and visibility within and outside BRAC through events, knowledge pieces etc.
∎ Driving strategic partnerships with key national and international stakeholders to enhance the impact of Social Innovation Lab and BRAC
∎ Forging meaningful collaborations with BRAC USA, UK, reputed universities, research institutes, corporates, start-ups and relevant international platforms to increase Social Innovation Lab's visibility and highlight BRAC's contribution to the development
∎ Lead and manage both direct and indirect teams comprising out of different competencies & skills, allocated through various departments and online and in-person events like frugal innovation forum (FIF), different innovation challenges, innovation adda etc
∎ Ensure quality of monitoring and evaluation related data to be collected throughout programme implementation for initiated projects with the help of monitoring and evaluation Manager. Lead the analysis of quantitative and qualitative field data for specific projects and meta-analysis of impact across the grant portfolio. Provide technical guidance to Programme/Grant Managers and field teams when necessary
∎ Manage multifaceted stakeholders from internal programmes to government personnel and build goodwill among all the relevant stakeholders through different innovative engagement sessions/initiatives.
∎ Advocate a consumer first and data-driven mind-set at all times and continuously exploring new ideas and trends to enhance outside-in perspectives.
∎ Ability to prepare, present and negotiate complex and sensitive agreements and/or project proposals with bilateral/multi-lateral agencies and other donor communities.
∎ Spearheading special projects by maintaining communication with key stakeholder groups and extending support to scan partnerships for Frugal Innovation Forum and driving post-forum partnership opportunities.

∎ Minimum 5 years' of working experience. Experience in international corporate/development organization will be an added advantage.
