Educational Requirements:
∎ CIMA, ACA, or ACCA finalist with 5 years of minimum experience
∎ Knowledge on Microsoft office packages and other Accounting Packages
∎ Knowledge of basic rules of transport and freight forwarding would be beneficial
∎ Skills Required: Adaptability and innovation, Analytical and problemsolving skills, Ethics and integrity, Financial expertise, Leadership, Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Strong leadership and team management skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Budgeting and Forecasting, Cost Management, Financial Analysis, Financial Compliance and Governance, Group of Company and Multinational Company, Strategic Decision Making, Taxation and Compliance, Team Management and leadership
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Financial Consultants, Group of Companies, Inventory/Warehouse, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & provide accurate management accounts by regular monitoring of revenue recognition, recording of expenditure in order to assist decision making and to comply with statutory financial requirements/policies
∎ Facilitate the annual audits by coordinating with auditors and providing necessary documents to ensure a true and fair view of accounts presented thereby safeguarding the interest of the stakeholder
∎ Ensure internal controls and practices are implemented and maintained by auditing and carrying out spot checks in order to streamline processes.
∎ Prepare and present the annual budgets by coordinating with the other departments in order to facilitate the strategic plan of the organization.
∎ Effective tax management by arranging payments & filing returns timely and accurate planning of statutory obligations to avoid penalties and maximize stakeholder returns.
∎ Carry out financial feasibility studies by coordinating with other departments, contacting various consulting parties in order to support the decision making on the new projects identified by the senior management.
∎ Support the management team by giving necessary inputs on inventory control, pricing, cost controls and fund management thereby enhance the financial performance of the company.
∎ Ensure adherence to group credit policy by regular monitoring of debt collections, granting / extending of credit facilities, evaluating credit worthiness of customers, to avoid any financial losses and to improve the cash flow of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power Point, Office Outlook & Internet
