∎ Minimum 10 Years of experiences in International Procurement, Export-import, or Commercial. Experience working with petrochemicals and polymers industry will be given preference
∎ Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and global logistics
∎ Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ High attention to detail and strategic thinking
∎ Effective communication and cross-cultural management skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement international procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
∎ Source, evaluate and select suppliers globally to ensure cost-effective and high-quality supply
∎ Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing with suppliers and service providers
∎ Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging sourcing opportunities and risks
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Legal, Production) to align procurement activities with business needs
∎ Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements and company procurement policies
∎ Manage procurement budgets and report on savings, supplier performance and sourcing efficiencies
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the procurement process
∎ Handle supply chain risks, including currency fluctuations, shipping delays and geopolitical issues
∎ Report to Group Head of Supply Chain Management directly
∎ To develop and execute global sourcing strategies, negotiating supplier contracts, and ensuring the efficient procurement of goods and services across international markets.
