∎ B. Pharma/M. Pharma degree from any recognized university

∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversees the operations of the pharmacy department
∎ Overseeing sales assistants, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other pharmacy employees.
∎ Preparing drugs and executing prescription orders for collection or delivery.
∎ Ordering pharmacy supplies and controlling the inventory on a daily basis.
∎ Enforcing best practice protocols when storing prescription drugs and controlled substances.
∎ Verifying prescription details with the healthcare specialists who prescribed them, when required.
∎ Advising customers about the recommended use, dosage, and possible side-effects of medication.
∎ Maintaining an approved drug and controlled substances list and verifying expiry dates.
∎ Monitoring product displays and shelves, as well as the general appearance of the pharmacy.
∎ Addressing customers' requests and complaints.
∎ Appointing and training new pharmacy employees and scheduling shifts.
∎ Make sure that customers are prescribed the correct medicine
∎ Communicate effectively with customers relating to queries and issues
∎ Ensure staff provide high standards of customer service to customers
∎ Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
∎ Train staff in prioritizing customer orders and delivering them efficiently
∎ Instruct staff to interact professionally and courteously to customers at all times

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s) professional experience in senior position in any organization preferably in Health Care Industry.
∎ Excellent oral & Written communication skills with strong command in MS Excel & MS Word
∎ Should have excellent skills in management prioritization
∎ Experience with leadership and people management
∎ Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations.
∎ Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group.
